Lead pharmaceutical filling operations at Baxter through GMP expertise and people management. This temporary assignment works Monday to Friday on the Day shift.
As Filling Supervisor, you coordinate production efforts, quality, and deadlines while supporting employees on the manufacturing floor. You bring manufacturing and supervisory experience within GMP-regulated facilities. The work requires communication, analytical problem-solving, equipment knowledge, and continuous improvement leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train, mentor, and develop team members through daily activities
- Set up, adjust, troubleshoot, and repair automated line equipment
- Provide technical support for quality and equipment issues
- Complete NCRs and CAPAs while supporting compliance
- Implement Value Improvement Projects and support planned shutdowns
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Three to five years manufacturing experience
- Supervisory experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing
- Knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements
- Intermediate Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency
