As ZURU's CPFR Analyst, you will build retailer partnerships and lead joint business planning. The role manages S&OP cycles, custom reporting, dashboards, and customer communications. You will identify opportunities across replenishment, promotions, e-commerce fulfillment, and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with retailers on inventory strategies and promotional execution
- Lead S&OP demand and supply planning cycles
- Develop KPI dashboards covering OTIF, in-stocks, and sell-through
- Manage feature orders, inventory transfers, and item maintenance
- Support e-commerce fulfillment and online assortment availability
Requirements:
- Two to four years in CPFR, supply chain, or replenishment
- Customer-facing experience with major retailers
- CPG, Toys, Import, or Assortment experience preferred
- Experience with Club, Mass, or Grocery retailers preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
