Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of Programs and MGA relationships
- Evaluate new Program opportunities for underwriting
- Develop and present business cases for strategic initiatives
- Negotiate commercial agreements successfully
- Monitor and analyze portfolio performance metrics
Requirements:
- High School Diploma with 5 years in underwriting or market-facing roles
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with multi-line underwriting
- Familiarity with reinsurance strategies and governance
