About the Role
As a Store Manager, you own the success of your store by driving sales, coaching and developing your team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced retail environment.
We’re looking for someone who can lead with excellence, bring energy, competitiveness, and commitment to every shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Development & Leadership – Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Sales & Profitability – Drive individual and store performance to exceed company sales goals and profit expectations.
- Operational Excellence – Execute daily store operations, including inventory management, floor sets, and company initiatives.
What You Bring
- 1-3 years of retail experience, including previous management experience.
- Strong ability to train, develop, and lead employees to success.
- A competitive, energetic, and goal-driven mindset.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
