Advanced e-discovery expertise supports complex litigation matters for a senior Litigation Law Clerk in Toronto’s hybrid practice. Direct collections, reviews, and productions. This role serves an award-winning, mid-sized boutique’s litigation department, handling low-volume, high-value, complex commercial matters. You will support banking, partnership disputes, complex construction, and insolvency litigation while assisting counsel and students with document tagging and strategic searches. The position requires substantial law firm experience and hands-on platform management. Key Responsibilities:
Direct e-discovery collections, reviews, and productions Negotiate with and manage external e-discovery vendors Manage CS Disco and/or Relativity workflows Prepare for and attend discoveries, arbitrations, and trials Assist counsel and students with document tagging and searches Requirements:
10+ years of law firm litigation experience College Diploma with Law Clerk Certification required University degree preferred Advanced e-discovery certifications or formal credentials Willingness to work evenings or weekends when required Apply advanced e-discovery, litigation preparation, and vendor management expertise within Toronto’s high-complexity commercial practice.
