As Senior Manager of FP&A, you'll own financial partnership across R&D, G&A, and Cost of Sales — working directly with the CTO, CPO, CFO, and other functional leaders as their primary finance counterpart
You'll translate complex operational activity into clear financial narratives, build the models that drive decisions, and show up as the finance partner your business partners actually want to call
This role is for someone who is equally comfortable building a bottoms-up headcount model one day and challenging a business leader's assumptions the next
FP&A Business Partnership — R&D, Product, Engineering, Zoominfo Talent Solutions (ZTS), and G&A:
Serve as the dedicated finance partner to R&D, Product, Engineering, ZTS, and G&A leadership; owning the full forecast cycle, including AOP/Monthly/Quarterly planning, as well as bottoms-up budget builds, headcount planning, ELT-ready scenario modeling, and investment analysis
Build and maintain dynamic models covering headcount, OpEx, and unit economics across all assigned functions
Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with sharp variance analysis and a clear point of view; Proactively surface risks, opportunities, and the financial implications of strategic choices before they become surprises
Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Sales Finance, and other business units to connect operational drivers to financial outcomes
Corporate FP&A Support:
Support the Director of FP&A in maintaining and improving corporate financial systems, rollforwards, and planning infrastructure

Demonstrated experience partnering with technical leaders (CTO, VP Engineering, or equivalent)AI fluency.
