Schedule
- One weekday evening per week (6:00–8:00 PM or 7:00–9:00 PM, local time)
- One weekend per month (Saturday + Sunday), 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, at our office location

- Stockton, CA (Hybrid: Online + In-Person)
Compensation
- $32–$34/hr, depending on experience

What You'll Do
- Lead live online classes
- Demonstrate chairside procedures and clinical techniques
- Teach radiology fundamentals and safety protocols
- Coach students during hands‑on lab practice
- Provide performance feedback and skills assessments
- Maintain infection control and classroom safety standards
- Foster a supportive, structured learning environment
Who This Is For
Dental assistants — DA, RDA, or EFDA — who want to keep practicing during the week while stepping into a flexible teaching role that combines online instruction with in-person training, and who are ready to make an impact beyond the chair.
Requirements
- 5+ years of dental assisting or chairside experience (DA, RDA, or EFDA welcome)
- Active Radiology Certification
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Strong communicator: able to explain clinical procedures clearly to learners with no prior experience
- Able to commute to location(s)
Nice-to-haves
- Prior teaching or mentoring experience
- Dentrix familiarity
- Leadership background
