Drive growth at Zensurance through experimentation and product analytics across the New Business customer journey. This is a remote-first senior individual contributor role. As Senior Product Manager, Growth, you will own strategy, priorities, roadmap, and outcomes from acquisition through online purchase completion. You will use customer research, quantitative and qualitative signals, UX judgment, and AI across product work. The role partners with Product, UX, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and senior leadership. Key Responsibilities:
Own New Business growth strategy, priorities, roadmap, and outcomes Build experimentation roadmaps using evidence and business impact Analyze channels, segments, journey stages, and acquisition quality Drive hypotheses through validation, measurement, and product changes Own the UX team roadmap and customer experience Requirements:
Seven-plus years of Product Management experience Four-plus years of direct Growth experience in B2C products Hands-on product analytics and experimentation experience Strong customer research, segmentation, and behavioral analysis skills Strong UX judgment, critical thinking, and AI proficiency Bring growth strategy, experimentation, analytics, and UX judgment to Zensurance’s New Business customer journey.
