Lead investor communications at Nasdaq-listed ZenaTech, using press release writing and financial communications skills in an onsite position. Support audiences across retail, analyst, and institutional investment communities. As Manager, Investor Relations and Communications, you will support the VP of Corporate Development and Investor Relations. Your work spans investor press releases, quarterly reporting communications, strategic messaging, and ZenaTech website updates. You will coordinate with Corporate Development, Communications, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and external agencies. The position is an individual contributor role supporting ZenaTech, ZenaDrone, and Drone as a Service communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft weekly investor press releases covering company developments and quarterly results
- Manage content gathering, scheduling, reviews, approvals, and newswire distribution
- Update earnings materials, presentations, fact sheets, FAQs, and investor websites
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, roadshows, earnings calls, and spokesperson interviews
- Monitor financial media, analyst reports, and market sentiment for leadership summaries
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, communications, business, marketing, or related field
- At least four years in investor or financial communications
- Press release experience, including support for one full earnings cycle
- Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, organization, and project management skills
- Knowledge of financial markets, SEC reporting, and disclosure practices
- Bring investor communications, disclosure coordination, and clear financial writing to ZenaTech’s growing technology portfolio.
