Regular travel across Canada and internationally is required. As General Manager and Head of Vision Care Canada, you will bring ZEISS’ Consumer Optical Market mission to life. This senior leadership role guides revenue growth, profitability, market share, brand strength, and organisational development. You will lead across commercial, operational, financial, and governance priorities. Key Responsibilities:
Set geographic vision and implement growth strategies Own budget, forecasts, revenue, margin, MC, and FCF Build leadership capability, succession strength, and organisational capacity Lead sales, marketing, finance, IT, supply chain, and HR operations Manage compliance, risks, customer networks, and external representation Requirements:
University degree in a relevant business or technical discipline Five or more years of progressive senior leadership experience Experience defining growth strategies and delivering financial results Strong commercial, customer orientation, and channel management experience Ability to travel regularly across Canada and internationally Apply general management, financial acumen, commercial leadership, and change leadership to advance ZEISS Vision Care Canada.
