Collaboration with Service and Sales supports cross-marketing opportunities and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

- Establish objectives and measure departmental performance
- Lead staff development through guidance and feedback
- Manage budgets, inventory levels, counts, and returns
- Coordinate parts purchasing, suppliers, back-orders, and promotions
Requirements:
- Five-plus years as a Dealership Parts Manager
- Proficiency with ERP systems, including CDK or Reynolds
- Proficiency working with inventory systems
- Three years managing staff performance
- Valid driver's licence and strong business acumen
