Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow SAM Pro and SaaS Management
- Customize applications, workflows, integrations, and automations

- Create compliance, utilization, and lifecycle dashboards
Requirements:
- Four or more years of ServiceNow development experience
- Experience with SAM Pro, ITAM, HAM, ITOM, and CMDB
- Knowledge of Discovery, data imports, and transform maps
- Bachelor's degree or additional relevant experience
- Secret Clearance and CSA or CAD certification
