As a full-time Facilities Coordinator, you will play a key role in overseeing the MaintainX Computerized Maintenance Management Software across various housing and commercial properties. You will liaise with Facility Managers and contractors to facilitate smooth functionality in all assigned properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation of MaintainX CMMS
- Liaise with managers for CMMS training and support
- Maintain contractor lists and vendor information
- Coordinate all purchasing activities efficiently
- Support in preparing financial reports and budgets
Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years of related work experience
- In-depth knowledge of CMMS systems, preferably MaintainX
- Experience in software implementation and training
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a multi-task environment
