Lead full-cycle recruiting for Sales and Engineering at YuJa, while supporting learning initiatives in an office-based, Monday-to-Friday role.
This Recruitment Specialist role combines talent acquisition with onboarding and development support. You will partner with leadership, hiring managers, and the People Team across recruiting, ramp-up programs, and training. An entrepreneurial mindset supports building scalable processes at YuJa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions
- Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and referrals
- Manage interviews, candidate communication, offers, and closing strategies
- Support role-specific ramp-up plans across departments
- Track onboarding and training effectiveness using feedback and metrics
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field
- At least one year of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience managing hiring manager relationships and stakeholders
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, G-Suite, and modern ATS tools
- Strong organization, data management, communication, and negotiation skills
