You'll collaborate with the marketing team to manage 15-20 conferences annually, engaging with attendees and producing valuable content. The role involves traveling to key events, making it essential to be comfortable in public speaking and content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage webinars and on-site conferences
- Present engaging content on camera during events
- Coordinate logistics for trade shows and conferences
- Conduct interviews to create success stories
- Track event metrics and recommend improvements
Requirements:
- 2–3 years in event planning, ideally in SaaS
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient with Zoom webinar platform
- Valid passport for travel to the U.S. and internationally
- Ability to multitask across multiple events
