What will you be responsible for?

Client Engagement: Respond to inquiries from potential clients. Provide information about our services to achieve a sale.

Lead Follow-Up: Proactively reach out to potential clients who completed online quotes to gauge their interest. Provide further assistance to achieve a sale.

Communication: Communicate effectively via phone, email, and SMS with potential clients in French and English on a daily basis. Since we serve customers across Canada, bilingualism is essential.

Performance Review: Monitor personal performance and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and add follow-up activities in our CRM system.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve team objectives. Participate in developing strategies to boost client engagement & sales.

Career Growth: Successfully write your broker exams (AMF and RIBO) after your first year with us.
Do you have what it takes?

You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in sales

You’re proactive and work hard to exceed your sales goals

You have strong oral and written communication skills in French and English
- You’re a quick learner with an interest in technology
