  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as procurement and finance, to resolve payment-related inquiries and issues.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any outstanding balances.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records and documentation.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing accruals and reconciling accounts.
  • Review and process employee expense reimbursement claims through SAP Concur and reconcile corporate credit card transactions.
  • Prepare and process weekly payment runs (wires, ACH, EFT), reconcile vendor statements, and resolve outstanding balances or discrepancies.

  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented and meticulous, emphasizing data entry and documentation accuracy.
  • Experience using accounting systems and tools such as ERP platforms and expense management software (experience with Dynamics 365 or Great Plains is required).
  • Confidence working with Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • A roll-up-your-sleeves approach and energetic get-it-done style.
  • Effective and flexible communication skills, thriving in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • A service-oriented approach to work, seeking ways to help in all department areas.
  • An appreciation for diverse perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds.
