Key Responsibilities:
- Provide front-desk customer service and technical support
- Ensure proper usage of learning space technology
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues
- Support and maintain audio-visual and digital media equipment
- Train users on technology and software applications
Requirements:
- College Diploma or 2 years equivalent experience
- Three years of experience with learning technology support
- Proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in high-pressure environments
