This experienced executive will guide York Care Centre, a not-for-profit aging care organization serving seniors through multiple living and care programs. The President and CEO oversees quality, compliance, partnerships, innovation, and organizational performance. The mandate includes advancing YCC's 2025–2030 Strategic Plan across Residence of Choice, Employer of Choice, and Centre of Excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set strategic and operational direction with the Board
- Lead continuous quality improvement in care and service
- Build and mentor senior leadership through succession planning
- Represent YCC publicly and advocate within the sector
- Steward financial and enterprise risk management transparently
Requirements:
- Ten years of relevant health care management experience
- Five or more years at a senior leadership level
- Master's degree or equivalent education and experience
- Understanding of health services and applicable legislation
- Strong governance, financial, labour relations, and team-building skills
