Youth program coordination and facilitation define this full-time YMCA of Three Rivers position, serving youth ages 13-24 across the region.
As a Youth Engagement Worker, you will plan, promote, lead, and facilitate programs supporting wellbeing, personal development, and leadership. You will collaborate with youth, YMCA partners, and community organizations while maintaining safe, inclusive spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and facilitate programs for youth aged 13-24
- Support daily operations, supplies, statistics, and grant reporting
- Develop events, resources, and activities with youth
- Build relationships with YMCA and community partners
- Maintain safe, inclusive, engaging youth programs
Requirements:
- Three to five years working with youth aged 13-24
- Experience creating plans and facilitating programming
- Post-secondary education or equivalent related experience
- Microsoft Office and Access knowledge
- First Aid, CPR Level C, and Vulnerable Sector Check
