This part-time casual position serves children and families through the YMCA of Three Rivers. You will plan and implement child-centred programs using Playing to Learn and YMCA Place to Connect curricula. The work includes supervision, documentation, family communication, and daily care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate care and support to children and families
- Build relationships with children, parents, and families
- Engage children through creative play and learning
- Supervise children and follow safety policies
- Document development and maintain child care spaces
Requirements:
- Early Childhood Educator Diploma for registered applicants
- CECE registration or proof registration is in process
- Child-related education or relevant high school qualifications
- Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level C
- Flexibility, outdoor availability, and legal Canadian work entitlement
