Key Responsibilities:

- Lead serious incident investigations under YMCA procedures
Requirements:
- Post-secondary diploma or degree
- Four to five years of progressive leadership experience
- Strong communication and customer service experience
- Microsoft Office computer knowledge
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
