As the year-round camp leader, you will also cultivate meaningful relationships with staff, campers, and the broader community to enhance visibility and enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and evaluate high-quality outdoor education programs
- Champion inclusive and safe programming for all campers
- Recruit and train seasonal staff to build a strong culture
- Oversee camp budgets, registration, and operations
- Engage with families and community partners to boost camp impact
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in recreation or education
- Minimum three years in operational leadership
- Proven experience with youth-oriented outdoor programming
- Strong organizational and Microsoft Office skills
- Availability to reside onsite from April to October
