As the Wellness Manager, you will report to the Chief Programs Officer, championing youth-centered approaches across a range of services including Counselling and Medical Support. This leadership role will empower you to guide a multidisciplinary team ensuring effective service delivery while enhancing youth access to critical resources. You'll coordinate the medical program ensuring youths receive essential health services when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the Wellness, Outreach, and Transition teams
- Monitor program outcomes and service quality
- Coordinate scheduling for volunteer medical providers
- Identify service gaps to implement improvements
- Foster community partnerships to enhance service delivery
Requirements:
- Degree/diploma in relevant area or similar experience
- 2+ years in youth services or wellness management
- Skills in staff supervision and program evaluation
- Knowledge of youth mental health and transition support
- Valid driver's license and background clearances
