Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal hygiene and daily activities
- Support physical and emotional needs of seniors
- Ensure compliance with resident rights and care standards
- Maintain effective communication with clients and peers
- Document care activities accurately
Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved PSW course in Ontario
- Experience in long-term care setting preferred
- Current CPR Certificate
- Registration with HSCPOA preferred
- Ability to converse in Chinese an asset
