This is a full-time role with a new residential company in Canada that is being set up now. The person hired will be an employee of that company, not of Yar, and the work is for one mixed-use project in the heart of Toronto. The job is to help create the heart of a neighbourhood.
The role plans and runs the project's marketing across property positioning, leasing, events, social, digital, and broker-facing materials.
What you'll do:
- Build and run the marketing plan around leasing milestones, events, and the brand
- Write and coordinate content for social, email, the website, leasing decks, and broker materials
- Work with leasing, development, operations, and outside designers, photographers, and agencies
- Promote on-site events and activations
- Track results and keep the brand consistent
- Manage the marketing calendar and budget
What you bring:
- About five years in integrated, real estate, brand, hospitality, retail, or events marketing
- Experience with mixed-use, leasing, retail, hospitality, or public places is useful, not required
- Strong writing, and the ability to run several things at once
- Creative and disciplined
- A love of cities
- Comfortable in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
