Lead supply chain strategy, procurement, and materials planning for Xona’s Montreal facility while coordinating production with California. This role is based in Montreal. As Xona’s first dedicated Montreal supply chain leader, you will own local procurement, supplier management, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and planning. You will coordinate with California’s satellite manufacturing supply chain team to support R&D, subsystem manufacturing, and vertical integration. The position combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across a growing operation. Key Responsibilities:
Align Montreal supply chain strategy with California operations Develop purchasing, planning, inventory, warehousing, and shipping procedures Manage suppliers, audits, purchasing, logistics, and inventory activities Improve service, cost, quality, inventory, and delivery performance Build processes, systems, reporting, controls, and local structure Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, business, or engineering At least seven years of progressive relevant experience Fluency in spoken and written French and English Experience managing supply chain activities in manufacturing environments Familiarity with ERP, PLM/PDM, configuration management, QMS, and MES Bring strategic and hands-on supply chain leadership to Xona’s Montreal manufacturing, procurement, inventory, and supplier operations.
