This Recruiter role suits someone early in their recruiting career with at least two years of full-cycle experience. You will partner with hiring managers, coordinate candidate activity, and support Xona's growing Canadian team. The work spans technical environments, scalable processes, and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own recruiting from sourcing through offers for Montreal roles
- Define requirements, timelines, and candidate profiles with hiring managers
- Maintain scalable talent acquisition processes aligned with Xona standards
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offers using Ashby
- Support employer branding, campaigns, and virtual or in-person events
Requirements:
- At least two years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Fluency in written and spoken English and French
- Recruiting experience in startup, high-growth, or technical environments
- Familiarity with aerospace, satellite, GNSS, or deep-tech industries
- Full-time onsite availability in Montreal; no remote or hybrid work
