Develop, compile, edit, and organize complex regulatory filings Prepare testimony, discovery responses, presentations, and key messages Advocate company positions in regulatory and legislative forums Coordinate compliance activities in assigned jurisdictions Communicate filing issues and strategies with senior management Requirements:
BA or BS degree Five to seven years of regulatory experience Specific experience handling regulatory filings Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite Availability for overnight travel and extensive overtime Apply regulatory expertise, concise writing, and policy strategy to support Xcel Energy’s filings and stakeholder communications.
