As a Principal Business Functional Consultant, you will advise Customer Core leaders on transformational initiatives. You will bridge current operations and future capabilities through process recommendations, governance, and communication. Your work supports customer-centric outcomes, business readiness, and sustainable change across functions. Key Responsibilities:
Establish enterprise process ownership, decision rights, and escalation frameworks Lead governance forums, stakeholder councils, and cross-functional decision making Define process standards, documentation requirements, and modeling practices Maintain process hierarchy, ownership accountability, and version control Monitor transformation alignment, risks, gaps, and corrective actions Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience Strong understanding of utility processes and performance drivers Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Seven or more years in operations, improvement, or service delivery Experience with Signavio (SAP) preferred Lead enterprise process governance and transformation at Xcel Energy using utility expertise, performance measures, and collaborative business leadership.
