Lead Colorado energy policy strategy for Xcel Energy, connecting stakeholder engagement, regulatory strategy, and large load execution through a hybrid work model. As PSCo’s senior Colorado leader, you will guide state and local government energy policy supporting large load customers and infrastructure. You will align legislative affairs, community relations, regulatory strategy, economic development, communications, and siting activities. The work positions Colorado to serve data centers and other large load customers while protecting Xcel Energy’s brand. Key Responsibilities:
