Shape Elastic Security pricing on Elastic Cloud Serverless with SaaS packaging, consumption models, and margin expertise across a remote-first company. As Principal Product Manager, you will own how Elastic Security is packaged, priced, and sold on Elastic Cloud Serverless. The role spans SIEM, endpoint, and cloud security, connecting Product, Finance, Engineering, Sales, and Product Marketing. You will recommend commercial models, explain SKU decisions, and turn pricing strategy into shipped product. Key Responsibilities:
Redesign Security tiers, entitlements, meters, bundles, and add-ons Model COGS and margins with Platform and Finance Drive workloads, migrations, expansion, retention, and renewals Simplify sizing, pricing estimators, and customer cost understanding Write PRDs and lead cross-functional delivery Requirements:
End-to-end SaaS or cloud pricing experience Usage-based or consumption pricing experience required Comfort with COGS, gross margin, ARR, and forecasting Understanding of multi-tenant cloud architecture and cost Seven to ten years of product management experience Bring security product knowledge, pricing judgment, and cross-functional leadership to Elastic Cloud Serverless commercial strategy.
