Build agentic security products at Sophos with RAG, prompt engineering, and evaluation expertise. Work remotely while defining how security teams operate at scale. This Senior Product Manager assignment sits within Sophos’s broad Accelerating AI team. You will own a specific product surface, with scope determined by portfolio priority, candidate strengths, and team fit. The work spans discovery, prototyping, delivery, adoption, safety, and commercial readiness. Key Responsibilities:
Define priorities from product concept through customer launch Convert customer feedback and usage data into roadmap decisions Use AI tooling to prototype and expose product risks Drive experimentation across onboarding and engagement Provide executive, field, launch, and QBR communications Requirements:
Five or more years of product or related experience Direct experience with prompt engineering, RAG, and model selection Experience balancing latency, quality, and hallucination mitigation Hands-on action in ambiguous product spaces Experience with agentic systems is strongly preferred Apply your AI product judgment, prototyping skills, and security instincts to Sophos’s agentic security roadmap.
