At GitLab, support partner operations through Salesforce workflows, quote requests, data quality, and remote collaboration across global teams. As an Ecosystem Operations Specialist, you will support partner business from account setup through post-sales operations. You will guide sellers, partners, and Ecosystem Sales Managers while coordinating with Sales, Deal Desk, Billing, Finance, Legal, and Systems. The work includes Salesforce, partner-management systems, commercial processes, reporting, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute partner intake, registrations, referrals, approvals, and issue resolution
- Process quotes, purchase orders, and marketplace transactions
- Guide partners through attribution, compliance, and post-sales questions
- Monitor Salesforce ownership, links, attribution, synchronization, and defects
- Build dashboards covering backlog, pipeline, compliance, and process health
Requirements:
- Experience in partner, sales, deal desk, or revenue operations
- Enterprise quote-to-cash and configure, price, quote experience
- Salesforce and partner-management systems experience
- Advanced spreadsheets, dashboard building, and analytical skills
- Generative artificial intelligence tools and process improvement experience
- Bring Salesforce operations, analytical judgment, and partner-process expertise to GitLab's global Ecosystem organization.
