As Manager, Equipment Operations & Logistics, you will build and implement a scalable regional operating model. You will adapt proven WSP practices, establish consistent processes, and support safe, efficient project delivery. Implement the regional equipment operations and logistics model Improve equipment visibility, utilization, availability, and accountability Standardize booking, logistics, maintenance, calibration, and tracking Establish performance metrics and operational reporting Lead teams supporting customer service, safety, and accountability Requirements:
Experience leading equipment, logistics, fleet, warehouse, or asset functions Success building systems, processes, or operating models Experience driving change across multiple locations or stakeholder groups Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally Build scalable equipment operations for WSP through asset management, logistics leadership, performance measurement, and continuous improvement.
