Implement and evolve regional equipment operations and logistics models Scale proven practices from WSP BC & Yukon and Prairies & North Standardize booking, maintenance, calibration, tracking, and lifecycle processes Establish performance metrics and reporting for operational decisions Build teams focused on safety, accountability, service, and improvement Requirements:
Experience leading equipment, logistics, fleet, warehouse, or asset functions Success building systems, processes, or operating models Experience driving change across locations or stakeholder groups Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally Build WSP's regional equipment platform through operational leadership, standardized systems, performance metrics, and practical execution.
