Lead strategic pursuits for WSP’s Property & Buildings business across Western Canada, using capture planning and proposal development expertise. This role is based in any WSP office in Western Canada. As Strategic Pursuit Manager, you will shape positioning, capture planning, and proposal strategies for high-value opportunities. You will collaborate with senior leaders, technical teams, business development professionals, and external partners. Your work supports sustainable growth, pursuit excellence, and stronger client value propositions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Go/No-Go decisions aligned with the Opportunity Road Map
- Develop capture plans for major strategic opportunities
- Analyze markets and competitive intelligence to identify differentiators
- Lead compliant, high-quality, timely proposal submissions
- Maintain opportunity records and forecasting reports in Oracle
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in business, commerce, marketing, communications, or related discipline
- 8+ years in pursuit, capture, proposal, or business development management
- Experience developing winning pursuit strategies and capture plans
- Understanding of procurement and Alternative Delivery Projects
- Advanced communication, presentation, analytical, and creative thinking skills
- Bring pursuit leadership, market analysis, and proposal expertise to WSP’s Property & Buildings growth strategy across Western Canada.
