WSP is seeking a Principal Geotechnical Engineer to join the Dams and Tailings Practice in Calgary or Edmonton. You will provide senior technical and business leadership across water-retention structures, mining dams and tailings facilities, mine closure designs, and tailings management plans.
You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams through the full project lifecycle, mentor the next generation of engineers, strengthen client relationships, and drive technical excellence while ensuring safety.
