WSP seeks a passionate graduate to join the Highway Design Team in Mississauga, Ottawa, or Thornhill. This entry-level position will immerse you in various projects, from secondary highways to major freeways. You will gain hands-on experience through comprehensive training, field visits, and collaboration with industry experts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design highway and drainage systems using advanced software
- Conduct site visits to analyze existing conditions
- Prepare cost estimates, reports, and technical memos
- Attend technical meetings and collaborate with the team
- Review designs for quality assurance
Requirements:
- University degree in Engineering (Civil preferred)
- Some experience in roadway design is an asset
- Intent to register as a Professional Engineer in Ontario
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Valid G driver's license (an asset)
