Coordinate complex facilities projects in Toronto with WSP, using project reporting and stakeholder communication skills across active client environments.
As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will support Project Managers, consultants, stakeholders, and vendor partners throughout planning, design, tendering, implementation, and closeout. The work supports operational and workplace objectives while developing project management expertise. You will coordinate facilities services, governance activities, reporting, and project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project communications, governance activities, and reporting
- Support projects across planning, design, tendering, and closeout
- Monitor progress, risks, issues, and timely resolution
- Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project reports
- Conduct site verification before, during, and after execution
Requirements:
- Five to eight years of project coordination experience
- Experience supporting facilities management-ready projects
- Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Bluebeam proficiency
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, contracts, and documentation
- Ability to travel throughout the GTA for site visits
