As Regional Lead for Mine Waste Dumps & Stockpiles, you will set strategic direction and elevate technical excellence. The senior leadership role spans diverse geological environments and project scales. You will grow practice capability through mentorship, client relationships, industry representation, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical vision for mine waste dumps and stockpiles Drive design, operations, monitoring, and closure innovation Mentor emerging engineers into technical leaders Strengthen mining client and industry partner relationships Represent WSP across conferences and technical forums Requirements:
15+ years in mine waste dump and stockpile engineering Experience across diverse terrains and project scales Understanding of Canadian mining operations and Northern contexts Recognized leadership in technical forums or committees P.Eng. or equivalent, eligible for provincial registration Bring mine waste leadership, Canadian mining expertise, and technical innovation to WSP’s regional engineering practice across Western and Northern Canada.
