This role calls for an expert with 10-20 years of experience in highway/roadway design to lead multidisciplinary teams. You will be integral in managing high-impact infrastructure initiatives, ensuring quality delivery and innovation while mentoring junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical delivery of highway designs using advanced software
- Influence strategic decisions that affect project outcomes
- Oversee design schedules, budgets, and quality standards

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering required
- 10–20+ years of highway design experience preferred
- P. Eng or Certified Engineering Technician designation
- Expertise in Design-Build/P3 project frameworks
- Comprehensive knowledge of Ontario's design standards
