As Coordinator, Executive Leadership Events and Operations, you will manage planning and operational support for the Canadian Executive Team. You will coordinate leadership forums, business reviews, and strategic events involving senior leaders across Canada. The work requires scheduling, materials management, stakeholder communication, and event execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Canadian Executive Team meeting logistics and schedules
- Organize agendas, venues, catering, technology, and supporting materials
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing documents
- Manage participant communications and action item follow-up
- Provide on-site registration, room setup, and technology support
Requirements:
- Fluency in written and spoken English and French
- Exceptional organizational and project coordination skills
- Experience coordinating corporate meetings or leadership events
- Proficiency with Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
