This intermediate role supports municipal and infrastructure projects, including roads, stormwater systems, and land development. You will develop engineering designs, plans, and documentation using AutoCAD Civil 3D and other technical tools. The work also involves regulatory coordination and project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and draft land development and municipal infrastructure solutions
- Develop engineering designs, plans, and technical documentation
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and regulatory bodies
- Prepare regulatory approvals, cost estimates, and tender packages
- Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and performance standards
Requirements:
- Minimum five years' AutoCAD drafting and Civil 3D design experience
- Civil Engineering Technology diploma from an accredited institution
- Eligibility for registration with ASTTBC or similar bodies
- Advanced AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency and regulatory knowledge
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency and detail-oriented work habits
