As a Crew Team Member with Spectrum Resource Group, you will support integrated vegetation management operations across varied outdoor sites. Duties include handling brush, logs, stumps, and debris while supporting crew safety and public protection. The work requires physical effort, dependability, and accountability in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, remove, and properly manage cut vegetation and debris
- Load trucks or feed brush into a woodchipper
- Set up tools and equipment for crew members
- Install barriers and signs around work areas
- Clear brush and paths for vehicles and machinery
Requirements:
- Ability to work away from home periodically
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds infrequently
- Ability to maneuver up to 30 pounds frequently
- Punctual, dependable, and accountable field work habits
- First Aid certification considered an asset
