Shape occupancy and tenant growth across Starlight Investments’ Canadian office portfolio using market expertise and strategic lease negotiation. Travel flexibility is required. As Leasing Manager, Commercial, you will report to the Vice President, Asset Management, and guide leasing performance across multiple Canadian markets. You will evaluate market conditions, secure tenants, manage existing relationships, and support asset management objectives for each location. The work combines analytical reporting, marketing initiatives, and detailed documentation. Key Responsibilities:
Provide competitive rates and tenant activity research Partner with Asset Managers on targeted marketing initiatives Manage prospective and existing tenant relationships Review lease documents for accuracy and strong language Evaluate brand programs, meetings, functions, and organized events Requirements:
Over two years’ experience in a leasing role Strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and stakeholders Strategic negotiation and beneficial contractual agreement skills Excellent report writing, presentation, and verbal communication Demonstrated marketing skills and attention to detail Use office leasing leadership, market research, and marketing capabilities to advance occupancy and asset objectives across Canada.
