Drive commercial leasing strategy with Starlight Investments through negotiation and tenant relationships across office markets throughout Canada. Support occupancy and portfolio performance. Reporting to the Vice President, Asset Management, this Commercial Leasing Manager leads leasing operations across an office portfolio. The position focuses on maximizing occupancy, supporting revenue growth, and enhancing asset value through tenant sourcing, market research, and strategic lease decisions. Strong communication and financial acumen are central.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with tenants, brokers, and property managers
- Source, qualify, and secure prospective commercial tenants
- Negotiate lease proposals, agreements, amendments, and renewals
- Prepare accurate leasing documentation, reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Present leasing strategies and market conditions to senior stakeholders
Requirements:
- University degree or college diploma
- Over two years of leasing experience
- Experience with office, retail, or industrial asset classes preferred
- Strong financial, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Travel flexibility throughout the Greater Toronto Area and Canada
