Lead onboarding and sales coaching for WOW! mobile boutique across Western Canada from Calgary, with regular regional travel required. Support employees through their first 90 days.
As Regional Training Manager, you will support onboarding, employee development, and recruitment across Manitoba, Alberta, and British Columbia. Reporting to the National Training Manager, you will partner with District Leaders, Store Managers, and Talent Acquisition. Your work includes structured onboarding, practical sales coaching, follow-up, and leadership development support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate onboarding with Talent Acquisition and store leadership
- Deliver sales training and observe customer interactions
- Conduct 30, 60, and 90-day employee follow-ups
- Identify development needs and coordinate coaching support
- Maintain recruitment, training, and employee progress records
Requirements:
- Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned region
- Experience supporting onboarding, training, or employee development
- Ability to coach customer engagement and solution selling
- Ability to conduct structured frontline interviews
- Ability to maintain communication with district and store managers
