This Sales Associate role focuses on personalized, unbiased solutions from TELUS, Rogers, Koodo, Fido, and Chatr. You will follow the sales process, build prospective-client networks through CRM, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. The position includes kiosk operations, inventory responsibilities, merchandising, and required training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage mall shoppers throughout each step of the sales process
- Maintain prospective-client networks using the CRM tool
- Provide personalized, unbiased wireless advice
- Manage cash, point-of-sale, and inventory systems
- Complete kiosk opening, closing, and daily operations tasks
Requirements:
- Availability for 32–40 hours weekly
- Customer-facing retail or hospitality experience using point-of-sale
- Availability during mall hours, including evenings and weekends
- Wireless retail or commission sales experience is an asset
- Ability to lift 30–50 pounds and stand extensively
