Bring procurement expertise and commercial judgment to WorleyCord’s site-based team in Alberta, supporting materials and services for industrial construction projects. This experienced Procurement Specialist manages project-site purchasing from requisition review through closeout. You will coordinate with construction, engineering, quality, suppliers, and project controls. The work emphasizes competitive bidding, purchase orders, expediting, invoice resolution, and delivery readiness. Key Responsibilities:
Review requisitions, approvals, specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements Issue RFQs or RFPs with clear commercial instructions Evaluate bids and prepare documented award recommendations Negotiate pricing, delivery, freight, payment, and warranty conditions Monitor orders, supplier commitments, delivery risks, and closeout Requirements:
Minimum five years of progressive procurement or supply chain experience Experience supporting industrial construction or comparable project work Competitive bidding, supplier evaluation, and purchase order administration experience Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and computer skills Previous industrial project-site experience is preferred Apply procurement discipline, supplier coordination, and commercial judgment while supporting WorleyCord construction priorities across Alberta project sites.
